We kindly request that you inform them the firearm will be transferred to WTW Arms. To facilitate the shipping process, the sending FFL will need a copy of our FFL. This can be easily obtained by emailing us at [email protected] or reaching via our contact page. We strive to respond promptly to all inquiries and requests. When sending the email, please ensure to include a copy of the sender’s FFL, indicate the specific item being shipped, as well as providing details about the buyer.

  • If the sender is an individual without an FFL (e.g., private sale like Gunbroker, etc.), they must include a copy of their Driver’s License with the shipment. If there is no FFL or no Driver’s License, we will not transfer your firearm until we have it.

  • Make sure you get tracking information from the sender and also provide us with the same. This way we know when to expect it, and you will know when it is received by us.

  • After your item has been delivered to us, we will provide notification. This notification could take up to 24 hours. Please contact us to arrange completion of state and federal paperwork to complete the transfer.

Items not picked up after 15 days of notification are subject to a storage fee. The fee is $15 per week.

60 days after notification, items are considered abandoned and become property of WTW Arms.
