60-Day Layaway Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final and subject to our terms and conditions. No substitutions, returns or exchanges allowed.
- The 60-day period begins on the date of order and ends 60 calendar days from that date.
- A $25.00 layaway fee will apply which will applied to final payment.
- Requires a minimum order of $400.00.
- You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us either by phone or email but will forfeit all funds paid.
- You are responsible for making payments in a timely manner, we will not provide notification payment due dates.
- If we do not receive your final payment by the end of terms, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase, and you will forfeit all funds paid. NO payments will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation or ATF 4473 Deny, you will forfeit all funds paid.
- Due to inventory volumes, there may be temporary interruptions in the availability of the layaway program.
- All payments must be made via Credit Card or Cash, No Money Orders or Checks accepted.
- Out of state Items that require a FFL will be shipped directly to the FFL of your choice.

NFA Items are not eligible for the layaway program.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL YOUR LAWAWAY BE HELD LONGER THAN 60 DAYS.
