General Refund and Returns Policy


General Returns: Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you have 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Regulated Items: Items purchased from fall under regulated categories and can be returned provided they remain in possession of the receiving FFL. A restocking fee (15% or $35, whichever is greater) along with return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Inspection Upon Receipt: We strongly advise inspecting items for defects or blemishes before retrieving them from the receiving FFL dealer. Failure to do so renders the item non-returnable.

Reporting Defects: If you detect any defects or blemishes, promptly reach out to us at [email protected] with accompanying photos. We aim to review and respond within 24-48 hours, offering solutions such as replacement (if available), refund, or store credit. Depending on the issue’s severity, a discount may be offered.

Post-Pickup Discoveries: In cases where defects are noticed during assembly/build after pickup but weren’t visible initially, we’ll assist in facilitating an exchange with the manufacturer.

NFA Item Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Conditions: Full refunds for NFA items are feasible if a cancellation request is received and acknowledged before the initiation of the transfer process. The transfer process starts when the ATF Form 3, facilitating the NFA item’s transfer to your chosen dealer, is submitted to the ATF. Typically, this submission occurs 1-3 days after your order, contingent upon order volume and processing times.

Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations and partial refunds remain possible until the NFA item is shipped to your FFL dealer. Below are the applicable fees during various stages of NFA item order processing:

  • Order Received – Form 3 not yet submitted: Full refund
  • Form 3 Submitted – Not yet approved by ATF: 10% Processing Fee
  • Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item not Shipped: 20% Processing Fee
  • Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item shipped: No refund
  • Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned without action: 35% Processing Fee + return shipping costs*

(*NOTE: Retrieving the NFA item in NEW condition from your dealer is necessary for a potential refund, subject to successful recovery.)

Flexibility and Updates: Please note that this policy serves as a guideline and might undergo alterations based on specific circumstances. Reacquiring an item post ATF Form 3 submission and approval involves significant time and effort from both WTW Arms and your selected dealer.

This policy outlines the steps and associated fees involved in cancelling NFA item orders, emphasizing the importance of timely communication and understanding of the refund process.

Additional Information

Services add-ons, such as custom Cerakote and / or Gunsmithing services are non-refundable.

When submitting the return request, please be as detailed as possible. If the return is approved for return shipping reimbursement, we will require a copy of the receipt.

Returns / Exchanges take 3-4 business days from the date we receive the return at our facility.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards 
Any item purchased as an open box, used, blemished or “Blem” product 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any ammunition

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return meets the criteria set forth above, then your full refund will be processed (less shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically, no more than five business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
